This is why, in all of our lines of business, each customer has a specialist interlocutor or CSR (Customer services representative) assigned to them. This is the person who is in charge of integrating the customer’s project into our company’s work flow from planning to logistics, both nationally and internationally. The most important tasks performed by the CSR are the preparation of all operations concerning a project and its achievement.
