Litografia Rosés announces the sale of its book printing plant "Black Print" to the CPI Group.

Litografia Rosés SA (LR), family owned printing company since 1925, has reached an agreement to sell its printing book business to the French group CPI. The new entity has been renamed as CPI Black Print Ibérica.
Xavier Valls, former CFO of LR has been appointed Executive Director of Black Print CPI Ibérica.
This transaction represents an important milestone for LR and attempts to strengthen and ensure the future of its of color and customer service lines.
The commitment to stay and project the company in the market, it is now boosted and with this strategic move, LR reinforces its play in the graphic communications industry.
